Val di Sole offers an infinite number of activities for those who prefer outdoor activities: trails for mountain biking, Nordic walking, trekking, horse riding, as well as the famous ski resorts for winter sports lovers. Furthermore, it is one of the valleys of the Noce torrent, an impetuous torrent that crosses it for 35 km before flowing into the lake of Santa Giustina in Val di Non. The restlessness of the stream has earned it the reputation of being one of the best rivers in Europe for rafting and there are many enthusiasts of this river sport who have fun in its rapids, while admiring the surrounding area.
